Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dk4444 ("dk4444", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dk4444 website at dk4444.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the dk4444 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. dk4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to the address associated with your registered account.

1Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" means the dk4444 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at dk4444.ws.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an Account and uses the Platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, crash game, slot game, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a Game.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or reload incentive granted to a Player by dk4444.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be played through before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary process by which a Player requests restriction of their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to dk4444 is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. dk4444 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction. Any winnings accrued by an Account subsequently found to belong to a person under the age of 21 shall be forfeited in full.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open an Account on dk4444, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your name. You agree to keep this information current at all times. Registration of an Account constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the dk4444 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all Balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform. If you have lost access to your Account, contact support rather than creating a new one.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not permitted to register or use the dk4444 platform:

• Individuals under the age of 21;
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Employees, contractors, directors, or immediate family members of dk4444 or any affiliated third-party provider;
• Individuals who have been subject to a Self-Exclusion that remains in force;
• Any person acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

dk4444 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers from accounts held with Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions are also accepted. All deposit methods must be registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary depending on your Account tier and payment method. dk4444 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account balance within seconds of the mobile money transfer being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking hours to reflect in the Account balance. dk4444 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; standard service charges applied by the Player's mobile wallet or bank remain the Player's responsibility.

3.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before processing any withdrawal, dk4444 reserves the right to complete identity verification, confirm that all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met, and review the Account for compliance with these Terms. Standard withdrawal processing is completed within 24 hours. VIP-tier Players receive prioritised processing.

3.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed;
• Outstanding Wagering Requirements remain on a Bonus;
• The Account is under review for suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation;
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the Player's verified daily or weekly withdrawal limit;
• The payment method details on the Account do not match the Player's verified identity documents.

4Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All Bonuses offered by dk4444 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including but not limited to the applicable Wagering Requirement, minimum deposit threshold, eligible games, maximum bet per round during wagering, and expiry date. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from that Bonus become eligible for withdrawal. During the wagering period, the maximum single bet or spin value is ৳500. Bets exceeding this limit while a Bonus is active may result in the Bonus and associated winnings being voided.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification. A Player may only claim each specific welcome or registration Bonus once. Attempting to claim a Bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate Accounts or by any other means constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been activated or wagered through within the specified expiry period will be removed from the Player's Account automatically. dk4444 will not reinstate expired Bonus funds under any circumstances.

5Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games available on dk4444 are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Habanero, among others. These studios operate random number generator (RNG) systems that are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. The outcomes of all Games are determined by these certified RNG systems and are entirely outside the control of dk4444.

5.2 Accepted & Prohibited Practices

Players are expected to engage with Games in good faith and for personal entertainment. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers;
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Exploitation of software errors, display glitches, or misconfigured odds. Any winnings generated from an obvious error will be voided;
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome;
• Any form of cheating, match-fixing, or coordinated unfair play.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or server interruption during a Game session, dk4444 will take all reasonable steps to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected Wager will be refunded to the Player's Account Balance. dk4444 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

6Responsible Gaming

dk4444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a suite of responsible gaming tools that Players can activate through their Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts or forced log-outs after a defined play session length.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily restrict access to your Account for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or permanently.
• Reality Checks: Opt-in to periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the dk4444 platform, including but not limited to the dk4444 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and compiled data, is the exclusive property of dk4444 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of dk4444. Unauthorised commercial use of any dk4444 intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent of applicable law.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, regardless of whether dk4444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dk4444's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dk4444 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of game odds, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

9Privacy & Data Protection

dk4444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

dk4444 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties other than for the purpose of providing Platform services (including payment processing, identity verification, and fraud prevention), fulfilling legal obligations, or where expressly consented to by you. Your data is held securely using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.

10Account Closure & Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your dk4444 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding Wagering Requirements remain on active Bonus funds. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

10.2 Termination by dk4444

dk4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe;
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at dk4444 staff;
• Determination by dk4444 that continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of termination for cause under these provisions, dk4444 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any Balance or Bonus funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any legitimate real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method.

11Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and dk4444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

dk4444's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on any future occasion. No waiver by dk4444 of any breach by a Player shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

11.4 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
